Shipping Policies

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. There are, however, occasions where we do get extremely busy and as we are a small, growing business and all of our items are made to order, we ask that you kindly allow us up to a week or so to process. 

Every pegboard/pallet rack accessory, and gobo is made to order specifically for you. We laser cut the metal, bend it, and powder coat every accessory in your order. If we have questions for you or expect delays for whatever reason, we will also be in contact with you during that time. You will receive a notification with tracking when your order has shipped. Please note that processing and handling times are separate from shipping times.

During the holiday season, please expect potential delays due to a high volume of orders and longer shipping times from the delivery companies.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Taxes will also be displayed at checkout. We generally use USPS and Fed Ex, but we do use multiple shipping carriers and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gobonomics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gobonomics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
